Tuesday, September 2, 2008. It was such a hot sticky evening, work had been hard all week and the weekend even harder. Spent all Sunday in the garden breaking up the old patio which was 6 inch thick concrete which needed breaking up and taking down the tip. I was tired, sweaty and aching, but then evening held no respite from the heat. Before bed I had a shower where I slowly lower the temperature so my body is much cooler going to bed.
